Rihanna flashed a quick smile (and a little bit more) as she partied the night away at Tao in Las Vegas for the fourth of July.
The pop goddess, wearing a super revealing black blazer, chandelier earrings, and neon pick lipstick, was joined at the party by her friend and mentor Jay-Z, who was in the city to kick off his summer tour with opener Ciara.
Jamie Foxx, who also kicked off his tour, was snapped chatting it up with Jay and Rih while entertaining the crowd.

Rihanna is a gorgeous girl but she shouldn’t have to show off her “goodies” just to get noticed (even if it by mistake, she had to know that was going to happen at least on time during this evening).
