//Michelle Williams Talks About Her “Chicago” Role On Loose Women//

Singer/actress Michelle Williams is no stranger to the theatre. The former Destiny’s Child member played the lead role in the Elton John and Tim Rice Broadway production of Aida and she shimmied and shook her way to fantastic reviews as Shug Avery in the touring production of The Color Purple. She’s now ready to take on London’s West End when she takes over the role as Roxie Hart in Chicago.

Michelle popped in at Loose Women (the UK version of The View) to talk about her exciting new role, whether politicians are sexy and touching someone’s baby bump.

“I ask permission! You just don’t know the spirit of that person that’s touching your baby,” Michelle joked with the show’s hosts. “I don’t want my child to come out and act like the last person that touched them! Then I’d give my child over to you!”

Take a look at the vid and if you’re in town, check Michelle out when she begins her role on July 13th.
