There is no child for former child star Raven-Symone.
Reports that the 23-year-old singer/actress has given birth are false according to her rep.
The internet went wild on Wednesday (July 8th) when a blog claimed to have been contacted by someone close to Raven’s camp to inform them of the birth of a baby girl. The blog even went as far as to say the father of the baby was fellow child star Jurnee Smollett‘s older brother, Jussie, who Raven did date briefly.
“Raven-Symone is not pregnant nor did she give birth,” the rep confirmed to People.com.
Though Raven has been lying pretty low since ending her run on the Disney Channel hit show That’s So Raven and releasing her self-titled album last year, she has made public appearances recently — and she didn’t appear with child at any of the events. She attended Kanye West‘s Stay In School benefit concert in Chicago on June 11 (photo left), and the “Creme of the Crop” post-BET Awards party in Los Angeles on June 28.
She will perform tonight in New Jersey at Six Flags.
