Mercury Records/Island Def Jam recording artist Jessie James is more than just a pretty face. Her vocal ability is drawing comparisons to the likes of powerhouses a la Christina Aguilera. And from the looks of it, that’s a pretty fair comparison.
The bubbly singer made her TV debut performing her first single Wanted on the weekend edition of The Early Show–which happens to be co-written by American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi. The early morning performance didn’t seem to bother her vocals one bit as she gave it her all. Impressive!
Jessie’s self-titled debut is due in stores August 11th.
