Mariah Carey loves to let her fans know what goes through her mind when she’s writing a song. She frequently takes to her Twitter page to tell the stories behind her new songs, why she chose the title of her new album, and why she chose to put three different pictures of herself on the cover. Now MiMi can tell her story live for her fans on VH1′s popular autobiography/concert program Storytellers.
According to an email to Neon Limelight from Gotham Casting — a company often used by MTV Networks to cast their live audience shows — Mariah will film her episode of Storytellers on Thursday, August 6 in New York City.
Fans are invited to apply for tickets to the intimate event by sending an email to tickets@gothamcasting.com with their name, phone number, city and state, age (18 and up), a recent photo, the full name of one guest, what makes you such a huge MC fan, your favorite MC song, and three questions you would ask the mega-diva if you had the chance.
Mariah’s new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, will be in stores August 25.
