//Video: Ne-Yo Falls Ill During Manchester Concert, Leaves Stage In Tears//
Fans at Grammy award winner Ne-Yo’s concert last night in Manchester, England expressed mixed reactions when the singer had to leave the stage in the middle of performing, apparently due to illness.
According to BBC, the “So Sick” singer took the stage 30 minutes late and let the crowd know early on that he wasn’t feeling well. BBC Manchester presenter Karen Gabay reports he began sweating profusely and struggled to sing through many of his hit songs.
“He was doing a Michael Jackson tribute and you could see that he was actually struggling to finish every musical phrase. He kept asking the audience to bear with him,” she observed. “Then he actually was crying. I thought it was because he had done a couple of Michael Jackson tributes and he was getting a little bit overcome, but it did seem a bit strange. He was very emotional.”
The singer/songwriter continued performing, but “struggled to move,” says Gabay. He even grabbed onto a table to give himself support.
Before the show was over, Ne-Yo came out to tell fans — through a flood of tears — that he wouldn’t be able to go on. “I’ve never not completed a show. I’ve never done this before,” he said as the crowd cheered. “I wanna thank y’all for bearing with me as long as y’all did. I appreciate that. Trust me when I say I will be back. I love y’all.”
As he left the stage, some fans cheered while others booed.
No word on if Ne-Yo is well enough to perform tonight in Liverpool.

hoping i could get some tickets i waited outside the event waiting to be approached by some tickets touts but that never happend.lol.
i ended up having to go sight seeing instead.
i wasnt at the show but all you assholes who bood…..get a life, he is dedicated to the fans and thats why he was crying as he felt he was letting them down. if you have never felt like that then your cold hearted. at least he came and done his apology in person which is more than a lot of you ever did. he had a sore throat and carried on the show for your sakes and ended up worse the least you could have done was gave him the applaus he definately deserved. i love you ne-yo and if you need a massage to get better then let me know lol xxxxxx
