The album has been years in the making, but the wait is just about over for Jay-Z’s The Blueprint 3.

Releasing on September 11 — exactly 8 years since the release of the first album in the trilogy — The Blueprint 3 finds Jay collaborating with some of his old favorites like producers  Kanye West, No I.D., and Timbaland.

The cover art for the album was just revealed today on Jay’s official site.

The album has already racked up two hits. The buzz single, “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-tune)” currently sits at No. 77 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, and the official first single, “Run This Town” featuring West and Rihanna, debuted at No. 35 on the Hot Hip Hip/R&B Songs chart.
