Mya, Macy Gray, Aaron Carter Join New ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Cast

The new line up for the ninth season of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars was announced today and a handful of musical stars made the cut.

R&B singers Mya and Macy Gray, pop singer Aaron Carter and reality TV star and singer Kelly Osbourne will all try and dance their way to victory during the new season.

As a trained dancer from a very early age and with a Broadway stint under her belt, Mya may have a hand up on the competition that also includes actress Melissa Joan Hart, entertainer Donny Osmond and former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay.

Aaron Carter is best known as the younger brother of Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter. He’s tried his hand at singing over the years but his biggest hit remains 2000’s Aaron’s Party (Come Get It). He later appeared in the E! reality series House of Carters with his famous sibling.

The new season of Dancing With The Stars will premiere September 21, 2009 on ABC.
