When Disney needs a new tune for a television or movie soundtrack, they know they have a bevy of talented youngster that they can rely on to crank out an epic tune or 2. In true fashion, when Disney needed someone to sing a new song for the upcoming Tinker Bell flick, they called up 17-year-old wonder kid Demi Lovato. And she delivered!
Gift Of A Friend is the theme song for Disney’s “Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure.” The song and its accompanying video are sappy but the cuteness and beauty of Demi’s voice makes you completely forget it–not to mention those adorable movie clips. If you’re just not into kiddie soundtracks, the song can also be found on Demi’s sophomore album Here We Go Again.
