Michael Jackson - Blood on the Dance Floor
Today, August 29, 2009, would have been Michael Jackson‘s 51st birthday. Fans all over the world are paying tribute to the King of Pop because unlike his body, his soul and legacy will live forever.
TV stations are paying tribute by playing many of MJ’s music videos, but a good bulk of them will go missing. You’ll definitely see “Thriller” in all of its groundbreaking glory. “Smooth Criminal” is another that will never be left off when an MJ video marathon airs, but what about great, underrated videos like “Blood on the Dance Floor,” “In The Closet,” and “They Don’t Really Care About Us“?
We decided to put a playlist together of some of our favorite underrated Michael Jackson music videos. They’re not all about being super entertaining. Some are about being made to think, being made to feel, being made to realize MJ had a sexy side.
So here it is! Our top 6 underrated MJ videos!
Happy birthday, Michael. Thank you….for everything.
6. Blood on the Dance Floor

I love Blood on the Dance Floor! It has become my favorite MJ video. I love his look, his dancing and his interaction with a woman of color. He is so very sexy in it.
TJ,
Come on now! “Childhood”?! That video is creepy in a NAMBLA way.
But I’ve never seen the prison version of “They Don’t Care About Us.” Thanks for sharing that. “In The Closet” is definitely one of MJ’s best vids and songs.
Yes!!! Childhood speaks to my soul. He’s so vulnerable. It moves me!
I agree w/ every single 1! & As for Ricky he can go f*** himself & become NAMBLA’s poster boi while he’s @ it.
I LOVE MICHAEL JACKSON!
