In a bid to separate herself from the rest of the Disney singing and acting bunch, Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez decided she wanted to be a part of a band. Cue in Selena Gomez and The Scene.
Selena and her backing band will release their debut album, Kiss and Tell, on September 29th. The set features the first single Falling Down.
One of the perks of working for Disney is having your upcoming projects integrated into practically everything you do. In true Disney fashion, the video for Selena’s single had its world premiere after the debut of Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie.
Are you sick of the Disney pop music factory? The jury’s still out on that one for us but one thing’s for sure: this song is going to get stuck in your head whether you like it or not!

i think she decided to sing this song about Taylor Lautner. Just because he don’t share the same feeling about her as she does about him. so even said that he USE her to gain more fame when it’s totally the other way around. he’s famous because twilight is big bigger than any disney shows. selena’s a joke plus she CAN’T sing. JUST LIKE MILEY CYRUS!!

I think that it’s cool that Selena is in a band, but I also think that it’s just because of Paramore. If it weren’t for them she’d be solo. Her voice is kind of annoying, but she can carry a tune. Oh, and she really needs to get that whole rocking out thing down. That girl DOES NOT know how to head bang.
