Chris Brown Clarifies Larry King Statement: “Of Course I Remember What Happened”

Chris Brown’s first interview since the February incident with his then-girlfriend Rihanna that left her bloodied and battered and him a convicted felon won’t air until Wednesday (September 2) but it is already causing a stir.
In a preview from his hour long sit down with CNN’s Larry King, Brown claims to not remember the altercation where he reportedly punched, choked and bit the pop star.
In a statement released to People.com, Chris runs damage control and says he “misspoke” in the clip after being asked the same question “four or five times.”
“The first four times – or however many times it was – I gave the same answer – which was that I didn’t think it was appropriate for me to talk about what happened that night,” Brown said in the lengthy statement. “I said it was not right for me and it really wasn’t fair to Rihanna. The fifth time – or whatever it was – I just misspoke. I was asked, ‘Do you remember doing it?’ and I said, ‘No.’”
“Of course I remember what happened,” he continued. “Several times during the interview, my mother said that I came to her right afterwards and told her everything.”

If he would have been a real man from the beginning and taken responsibility for what he did, he might have been able to salvage what is left of his reputation and might have had a shot getting back together with Rihanna.

My point is that he is just like you and me he made a mistake and admited to it he apologizing which is ok why is anyone going to look at him like he a monster like ya’ll don’t have relationship drama or marital drama

If homegurl felt she didn’t deserve that box in her face then she wouldn’t of married him or go cotch in the mans house or where ever not saying what he did was right but a women knows a good man and if he slapped her and did nothing about it still went back to him and married him it shows her worth
