Whitney Houston Appears During GMA Taping - Wireimage
It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for but wasn’t quite sure would happen: Whitney Houston has made a return to performing.
The iconic singer appeared for a mini-concert in New York City for an appearance on Good Morning America today (September 1). Although her voice wasn’t fully cooperating with her, she still managed to move the packed crowd with songs from her new album I Look To You, that was released yesterday.

Hey, that was emotional and uplifting seeing Whitney Houston rise like a Pheonix out of the ashes! I prayed, Lord knows I’ve prayed for her and other women who’s lives have shadowed by the lies of the enemy. God is good and his mercy endureth forever! To every woman struggling, trying to keep up,loving the dream, to those who have surrendered their lives and hearts to one who you loved, but couldn’t, wouldn’t or was not capable of loving you back or the way God intented, look to the hills from where help comes from. Is Bobbie Brown still in her life?I hope not ….She had a hard time today.But that is ok .She hopefully will do better next time.She still looks pretty.And her voice is still better then most.We all remember those High notes,- that went on- and -on.So we thought mabey she would hit one again.We were let down today.But give her the chance she deserves…..WE ALL STILL LOVE HER .
