Sexy Shakira Set To Make Guest Appearance On “Ugly Betty”

Ugly Betty couldn’t get a more beautiful guest star than Shakira.
The sexy Colombian star will be making an appearance on the ABC hit sitcom playing herself on an episode set in the Bahamas, reports People Magazine.
“We’re huge fans of Shakira,” show creator Silvio Horta told the mag. “We had a very memorable moment in the third episode where Betty (played by America Ferrera) has a makeover that goes wrong and she struts down the street to ‘Hips Don’t Lie.’ We’ve mentioned her several times over the course of the series and have always wanted to work with her. She’s an enormous Latina icon, as is Betty, and we thought it was a perfect fit.”
Before trying her hand at acting, Shakira will be working hard at her numero uno love: music. Her brand new album, She Wolf, will be in stores November 17.
