Video: Kelly Rowland And David Guetta Perform On The 2009 MOBO Awards

Kelly Rowland absolutely did the right thing by heading to Twitter immediately following her rocky performance of her international hit with David Guetta, “When Love Takes Over,” at the 2009 MOBO Awards, because had she not outed the show for providing her with less than stellar sound, fans would certainly think she was just having a bad vocal night…and I mean bad!
On the outside listening in, you couldn’t hear anything wrong with the sound, but what was evident in her voice and on her face was something was going on that caused her to become frustrated and even overcompensate with runs and other vocal theatrics — theatrics that didn’t really pay off.
But Kelly promises the next performance will be better. Totally believable since she’s pulled off amazing performances of the song in the past.

lol..Kelly’s wig was not feeling well..but the sound wasnt all that bad. The performance wasnt that bad either. So ups to Kells!
Kelly did not do a bad job. People are completely overexaggerating about her performance being bad. She looked beautiful and rocked that shit. People just need to shut their dumb asses up. You go Kelly !!!
Care and compas- sion have to be number one. ,
Kelly’s so called bad performance was in fact fabulous. At the start of the song she look at David Guetta just as she sang the lyrics “Its just the way it goes” it looked scripted as a part of the performance. Then she let her hair down and turned it out. Hiting that high note at the end of the song sent the crowd and me into a frenzy. She was feeling that song, looked and sounded fab. She really has her foot in the dance music genre with this number one hit as well as the duo w/ Neyo on David Guetta’s One Love CD and another track which are all bangers.
hahhahahahahhahahahaha
Boring. I dont like Guetta’s propaganda for interracial dating
