Someone pass Chris Brown a box of Kleenex — he’s seriously lovesick.
A brand new song from the 20-year-old R&B crooner called “So Cold” hit the internet today, and judging by the lyrics of the tune, there’s a lady out there that’s got him missing her like crazy.
Rihanna, perhaps?
He doesn’t come out and mention anyone by name, but it wouldn’t be completely crazy to assume the lady in question is his pop star ex. In the tune, he screws up the good thing he had going and is now begging his woman for forgiveness. “Damn I want my baby back./It’s so cold without her/Cold without her/She’s gone,” he sings in the first verse. The ballad grows even more heartfelt on the chorus: “If you ever get the chance to sit down and talk to her…tell her I miss her/Tell her I need her/Tell her I want her/I really want her to come back home.” Tears!!
“So Cold” is taken from his upcoming third studio album, Graffiti. Despite the leak, Brown insists the song will make the final cut of the album.
