John Mayer knows how to have a good time. He can tear the town down by going from a quaint New York City restaurant with friends for drinks, tell a few jokes at an improv comedy club, then finish the night at a pool party, but at the end of the day, he just wants to sit in his apartment with nothing but his guitar as his companion and…get stoned.
In the video for his new single “Who Says,” the sensitive pop crooner does all of these things — well, minus the stoned part because then networks won’t show his video, but it’s totally implied by the song’s lyrics.
“Who Says” is taken from Mayer’s upcoming fourth album, Battle Studies, in stores November 17.
I love this! and I agree with John, who says I can’t get stoned? No one! Makes me want to listen to the some true psychedelic rockers like The Doors “Break on Through”….this will be huge!
