When the men and women of Project Runway found out they would be taking on a challenge from design god Bob Mackie, they were incredible excited. And with good reason! But the excitement was kicked up several thousand notches when they found out the stage look they would be designing was meant for a specific star, a dirty one if you will.
The wannabe designers’ challenge was to make an extravagant stage outfit with the one and only Christina Aguilera. Only a handful actually kept Xtina’s look in mind when making their outfits. One thought of Chris a little too much, making a poor version of her Lady Marmalade outfit. But it was–spoiler alert– 23-year-old Shirin that was sent packing on this divalicious episode. Shame!
