The most brilliant minds are usually the most demented. That logic would lend credence to Kanye West‘s notion that he is a musical genius.
West has premiered his short film, We Were Once A Fairytale, which was directed by Spike Jonze, and there is plenty of evidence in the clip that supports the idea that West is a little bit crazy, a lot a bit brilliant.
Yeezy is at a swanky party when his song “See You In My Nightmares” featuring Lil Wayne comes over the speakers. An extremely intoxicated Ye reacts by telling anyone within earshot that it’s his song playing. “Do you guys like this song!? It’s my song!”
He tells a group of girls at the party “I’m just trying to have a conversation. I’m not thinking about sex.” But those are just the words of a drunk superstar. When he meets a sexy girl wearing a leopard print dress, sex is the only thing on his mind. It seems he hooks up with the girl in a bathroom at the club, but later wakes up — with his pants down — realizing that instead he was hooking up with a leopard print couch.
