Paramore Rock Out, Dodge Bras At New York City Concert

Illness might be plaguing Tennessee punk-pop outfit Paramore, but that didn’t stop them from completely rocking out at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City Wednesday night (October 21).

The band had to postpone a few shows due to frontwoman Hayley Williams‘s bout of laryngitis experienced very early on in the tour but there was no sign of the dreaded vocal chord affliction as they went through fan favorites from their breakout album RIOT! and selections from their recently released near-masterpiece Brand New Eyes.

Fans were clearly into the show. As Hayley performed their smash hit “Misery Business,” she found herself dodging a bra that was tossed on stage. She picked it up, swung it around, and tossed it back into the crowd without losing a bit of her rockin’ stride.
