Taylor Swift pulled double duty tonight playing both musical guest and host of Saturday Night Live, something she says is a dream come true. The country/pop phenom, known to write songs about experiences she feels strong emotions about, opened the show with her monologue song titled Monologue Song (La La La).
In her monologue song, Taylor addresses a number of topics currently surrounding her including the recent rumors about her dating Twilight star Taylor Lautner (If you’re wondering if I might be dating a werewolf from Twilight, I’m not going to comment on that in my monologue) and the now infamous Kanye West VMAs outburst (You might be expecting me to say something bad about Kanye…but there’s nothing more to say because everything’s ok. I’ve got security lining the stage).
Taylor also takes a shot at ex-boyfriend Jonas Brothers singer Joe Jonas, who famously broke up with her in a phone call last year.
“You might think I’d bring up Joe, that guy who broke up with me on the phone but I’m not gonna mention him,” she said before bragging about her success. “Hey Joe! I’m doing real well. Tonight I’m hosting SNL!”

I take it your a cyrus fan, as far as I can remember, Taylor Swift isn’t the one making slut-pics of herself on the internet, I even can recall the VMA’s, When Kayne rudely interrupted her and she still took it as an adult rubbed it off and still sang in front of millions, as far as she needs to grow up, I think you need to check your resources before you put the diss on someone. Taylor is a sweetheart, but frankly i am tired of hearing how people hurt her. First off, she has a voice but she is not that good of a singer. 2nd off, most of her videos suck ass. The main reason she is dubbed “Americas Sweetheart” is because she is the face of Country Music. I guarantee if she was a rock, pop, or even r&B artist, she wouldn’t be named that. I love the type of person she is though. You can tell she has a good heart, but i just hate the way the media portrays her. Anyway, Keep doing your thing Taylor. I love this SNL! Taylor always says or does something funny when she’s on talk shows, late night shows, award shows, or whatever she’s on. It was hilarious when she said “d-bags!” lol :)
