Yesterday (November 10), American Idol winner Kris Allen participated in the 2010 People’s Choice Awards nominations announcements. Dressed in a black button up shirt and gray jeans, Kris helped read out the nods at the Los Angeles ceremony.
Kris is a nominee himself in the favorite breakout star category. He’ll be going up against his friend Adam Lambert as well as Disney starlet Demi Lovato, Susan Boyle and electro-pop diva Lady GaGa.
Kris Allen’s new debut album will be in stores November 17th.

Just asking. I’m from Asia. How’s the voting system go for People’s Choice Awards? Can the state of Arkansas engineer a win again for their hometown boy as the Arkansas Idol? Anyone can explain?
