CNN honored everyday people doing incredible things to help change the world during their third annual awards ceremony CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute, held last night (November 21) in Hollywood, California. To help honor these remarkable citizens, CNN enlisted the help of country/pop superstar Carrie Underwood, British singing sensation Leona Lewis and r&b crooner Maxwell. All three stars performed at the moving event.
The 2009 CNN Heroes event will air on CNN Thanksgiving day, November 26 at 9pm ET.
