Alicia Keys Performs Medley Of Hits On X-Factor Results Show

Alicia Keys did a great job drumming up anticipation for her new album and upcoming tour with her performance on the British talent competition X Factor today (November 29).

Instead of using her time slot to sing one song, she performed a medley of hits including “Empire State of Mind,” “Doesn’t Mean Anything,”  and “No One,” all while wearing an insanely hot red cat-suit.

“Doesn’t Mean Anything” is out digitally tomorrow and she’ll be back in the UK for a tour starting in May 2010.

    Alicia should stop singing soo high, she’s more of an alto/contralto but sings in soprano well mezzo soprano lol..its stops some of her notes from being full and round lol.. She did good anyway lol
