Alicia Keys teamed up with American Express for a special concert today (December 1) for World AIDS Day at the Nokia Theatre in New York City, which streamed online world-wide on YouTube.

The 12-time Grammy winner, who is releasing her fourth album, The Element of Freedom, on December 15, performed several hits from her incredible catalog of music, but got arguably the biggest response when hometown rapper Jay-Z joined her for their No. 1 hit “Empire State of Mind.”
