Last month, pop superstar Rihanna broke her silence on ABC’s 20/20 in a revealing exclusive interview with Diane Sawyer. She detailed the February pre-Grammys assault at the hands of then-boyfriend, r&b/pop singer Chris Brown, that turned both of their lives upside down. Tomorrow (December 4) on 20/20, Chris Brown will have his turn to respond to Rihanna’s interview with one of his own, portions of which aired this morning on Good Morning America.
In the clip, interviewer Robin Roberts sits Chris down and shows him a clip of Rihanna giving chilling details on that February night. “He had no soul in his eyes,†Rihanna said of Brown’s state of mind during the attack. “He was clearly blacked out. There was no person when I looked at him.â€
“I was wrong for what I did,” Brown replied when asked if those statements were accurate. “And I would definitely say it’s not something that I look passed or look over. It’s something that’s really touchy.”
Apologizing once again for the incident, Chris says he understands the severity of his actions. “I’m really hurting inside and it really kind of…it’s like devastating to me.”
The interview serves to help repair Brown’s tarnished image at a perfect time. His new album, Graffiti, lands in stores next week (December 8).
Thank god he beat the crap out of her, so he could get this publicity boost to help his album out. I hope he does well! All he did was beat Rihanna to a bloody pulp, and it wasn’t even his fault, it was hers because she’s a woman. Poor Chris. I hope he gives her a real beating when it comes to sales too.

As you can probably tell from my name I love Chris Brown but what he did was WRONG and should never have happened, it most definetly was not her fault because she’s a woman, whatever happened in the car happened and it isn’t for you or any other people to judge either or them.
