Rihanna Performs Hard, Talks New Album “Rated R” On BET’s 106 And Park

Pop princess Rihanna appeared on BET’s 106 and Park today (December 10) to perform her new single, Hard, with Young Jeezy and talk about her newly released album Rated R.
“Sonically, it’s a little darker. I wanted it to be grimier. I wanted bigger bass, heavier beats,” Rihanna said of the new record. “And then the lyrics, they’re really personal. A lot of deep lyrics. A lot of honest lyrics. And that’s why I think it’s the best work I’ve done so far.”
Little was said about the singers highly publicized tumultuous year. Instead, the interview focused on Rihanna’s fun side. During one of the games hosts Rocsi and Terrance J played with the star, Rihanna’s Ratings, a fan asked a rated R question: what does Rihanna wear to bed? The answer? “A t-shirt. A big t-shirt or hoodie. Something warm though. Boring!”
