Susan Boyle Still Living The ‘Dream’ On Top The Charts

For the second week in a row Susan Boyle demolishes the competition with her debut album, I Dreamed A Dream, remaining No. 1 with an amazing 527,000 sold, according to Nielsen Soundscan.

Last week she roared in on top after selling a whopping 701,000 copies, dwarfing the first week totals of higher profile albums from Adam Lambert, Rihanna, and Lady GaGa. Her two week total stands at 1.23 million sold.

Next week is expected to be much of the incredible same. Boyle is on pace to sell another 600,000 copies, which would put her over 2 million copies sold. At that rate, she could topple Taylor Swift‘s Fearless as the best selling album of 2009. (Billboard.com reports Fearless stands at 2.53 million copies sold.)
