Video: Kanye West Talks About Troubles At Kid Cudi Show In LA

Oh, Kanye West. How the game has missed thee. And apparently he missed it, too.

Last night (December 22), Yeezy made a surprise appearance at Kid Cudi‘s show at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles to deliver a cocky but passionate rhyme about life in the music business.

“This my first time back in America for the past like three, four months,” the recently reclusive rapper told the crowd in a mini rant. “I had to get up out this motherf*cker for a second.”

“I love the game so much and I’m so passionate about it, that I just can’t take this sh*t sometimes.”

When he finally began his verse, that love/hate relationship with the game was clear. “I sold my soul to the devil/I know it’s a crappy deal/at least it came with a few toys like a Happy Meal.”

Yeezy took a break from music after suffering some very public backlash from his infamous stage rant at the MTV Video Music Awards against Taylor Swift. He performed with Jay-Z and Rihanna on The Jay Leno Show where he announced his intended break.

A couple week later, he announced his joint tour with Lady GaGa, but it was scrapped shortly thereafter. Since then, he’s only popped up in a few candid photos taken overseas during shopping excursions.
