It’s been six months since the unexpected death of Michael Jackson, and the world is still grieving. Enjoying his timeless music and seeing “This Is It,” the documentary for what was supposed to be his triumphant return to the stage, have helped somewhat in easing the pain of his fans, but the void is still a great one.
Among the mourning fans is legendary director Spike Lee, who used his grief and talent to create a beautiful homage to the King of Pop with the official video for Jackson’s single “This Is It.” The clip takes fans from Michael’s humble beginnings in his hometown of Gary, Indiana to venues across the world where he’d touch the lives of millions with his music and spirit.
