Did playboy Diddy really start the new year as a married man, or is he feeding the gossip blogs exactly what they want?
Internet rumors began flying about the rap mogul’s marital status when, in the wee hours of January 1, Diddy took to his twitter with a misspelled announcement: “Juat married!”
As congratulations and questions poured in, Diddy quickly got around to rumor control, retweeting a follower saying that he must be “drunktweetin.” He offered a more concrete denial with another tweet two hours later than his original announcement: “No I didn’t get married !!!!! Pls stop asking!!!”
It’s not even clear if Diddy is dating anyone seriously. Shortly after the birth of his twin daughters with model Kim Porter in 2007, it was announced that the two were done. He’s been rumored to be dating R&B singer and Bad Boy artist Cassie, but the two never confirmed the relationship.
Diddy may not be married now, but he’s not ruling it out for the future. “Not $arried. Don’t know how this started. I’m not even engaged. 1 day. But not now,” he said in a tweet.
