Lady GaGa Performs Medley, Talks About Fans And Creativity On “Oprah”

Lady GaGa and Oprah - Harpo Entertainment

Only the biggest and brightest stars get to sit on Oprah Winfrey‘s couch, so it comes as no surprise that the biggest star in the pop galaxy, Lady GaGa, got her chance.

GaGa appeared on The Oprah Show Friday (January 15) to chat with the Big O about her meteoric rise from misunderstood dreamer to a slightly more understood international success.

Soft-spoken GaGa, who wore her hair in a spiky do that was a mix between the Statue of Liberty and Pinhead of the movie Hellraiser, gave a humble and charming interview in which she talked about being a “creative” and “visual” person. She also expressed her love for her fans and her mission to help them find acceptance in being themselves.

Before the interview, she took to the stage for an elaborate performance of a medley of songs from her latest effort, The Fame Monster, which included “Monster,” “Bad Romance,” and “Speechless.”
