Fashion Notes: Rihanna Turns Heads On Norwegian TV Show ‘Skavlan’

Rihanna is overseas promoting her fourth album, Rated R, and she picked a very, erm, interesting ensemble to do so in.

Rih appeared on the Norwegian TV show ‘Skavlan’ to chat it up about her new music with the hosts wearing a foofy feathered skirt, what appears to be a black strapless bra and sheer beaded top. The normally fashionable  pop princess seems to have missed the mark with this get up.
