Jordin Sparks To Make Guest Appearance On Fox’s “Bones”

Singer and American Idol season 6 winner Jordin Sparks is ready to add “actress” to her resume.

Details are still very sketchy but TV Guide reports the star is set to appear in an episode of Fox’s hit forensic dramedy “Bones.”

“Well, I think it’s OK to say that she’s going to be [on] it,” show creator Hart Hanson spilled to the publications’ Damian Holbrook.

Jordin herself confirmed the news with a tweet on her official Twitter account.

“Big news…,” she teased before re-tweeting TV Guide’s story. She followed with a tweet exclaiming her joy about landing a spot on the show. “#Bones #Bones #Bones I’m so excited! Holy moly. Can’t wait to see the set! :)”

Her appearance on Bones will be one of her first major acting roles. Last year, she played herself in an episode of the Disney Channel series The Suite Life on Deck.
