Nick Jonas And The Administration Perform “Who I Am” On The Ellen DeGeneres Show

It’s the week you’ve been waiting for, NJATA fans. Nick Jonas and The Administration finally release their long-awaited album, Who I Am.

To promote the all new set of tunes, which Nick hopes will invite a more mature crowd to experience his talents, the guys stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show to perform the album’s title-track. Nick whined — oops, I mean — sang the lyrics about wanting love and acceptance for who he is as he jammed out on his guitar.

In the interview with Ellen, Nick tried his best to reassure Jonas Brothers fans that this is just a side-project and the band is NOT breaking up. He also skirted around questions about dating Selena Gomez. “I’m just going to stick to playing music,” he said. Okie dokie!

One thing he was willing to talk about was his experience recording “We Are The World” with a room full of legends like Lionel Richie and Celine Dion Monday (February 1). “I was just humbled to be in their presence. It was an amazing, amazing thing to be apart of.”

  3. Lily says:

horrible voice and why does he bite down when he sings? he should stick to the boy band gig – they’re only in the game because they fit the pop culture mold.

  4. Angie says:

I’m in no ways a Jonas Bros fan. That being said, I was definitely impress with his CD. He has a long ways to go to reach his artistic peak, but for a first time solo project by a 17 year old, this is really amazing. I know it’s cool to call Nick or his brothers as a talentless boy band, but I think Nick has what it takes to follow in Justin and Beyonce’s footsteps.

    i love you nick
