Chris Brown had every reason to smile when he left a Los Angeles court yesterday (February 18).
The R&B star received a glowing progress report detailing the advancement of his five year probation sentence for assaulting his former girlfriend Rihanna last year.
The report reveals Brown has completed 32 days of his 180 days of community labor in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia. He’s also completed 17 — and hasn’t missed one — of the 52 mandatory domestic violence counseling sessions.
“You’re doing very, very well,” Judge Patricia Schnegg told a relatively silent Brown in court after reviewing his report.
Judge Schnegg cleared the way for Brown to begin the international leg of his “Fan Appreciation Tour” by signing an order allowing him to travel outside of the United States. (The tour is slated to take place in May and June with stops in the UK, Europe, and Brazil.)
Brown is due again in court for another check up on May 11.
