Lady GaGa launched her re-imagined Monster Ball tour last night (February 18) in Manchester, England with all new staging, costumes, and set list. “We were doing another show in the United States… but I got very bored, so I threw it away,” BBC quoted GaGa as telling the crowd.
The task of revamping the show was such a huge feat that reportedly, GaGa was still putting the show together only an hour before doors opened for the concert.
While there were a few missteps in the show, overall, GaGa is getting rave reviews. “This was a sight to behold,” BBC said of the show in their review. “Gaga herself is on imperious form,” The Independent writes.
I’m totally beating myself up about not getting tickets… especially since I’m convinced she’s going to kill the Lady G character and I won’t get a chance to see her do a show again.
