Chris Brown Rallies Fans To Help Regain Radio Support

If you still support Chris Brown, now is your time to show it.
Despite various apologies and receiving glowing progress reports on his probation, Brown is still feeling the fall out from his assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna a year ago and it’s showing in the lack of support shown to his new music at radio.
In a heartfelt plea posted to his SayNow account, Brown is asking for all of his fans to come together and request his songs so that it’s possible for him to continue to make music.
“I aint never really did this, but right now I’m just calling y’all. I need all of the fans’ help,” he said. “Some radio stations aren’t playing my records. They’re not being as supportive — and I wouldn’t expect them to, but it’s on the fans and everything you guys do in y’all power to bring me back ’cause that’s all I need is you guys.”
There was measurable frustration in his voice as he continued: “I don’t know what else to say. There’s nothing else I can do. I’m doing everything that I need to do. I’m doing me as a person and I’m a better guy, but it’s on y’all. My singing, my music, it’s all great and I do it for y’all and I do it for the love and everything else, but it won’t be possible if I’m not relevant on the radio. And it won’t be possible for me to be an artist if I don’t have any support from people that give me an artist outlet.”
“I can’t be an underground mixtape artist,” he added with a laugh.

I believe everyone deserves a second chance .What else do they want from him? Rihanna is getting more recognition and becoming more known while they are just burrying chris. Even though no woman should get hurt by a man. Lets not forget only chris & Rihanna know what happened we weren’t there enough is enough let the boy live. she is! put his music on the radio.
Man, this is truly sad that it’s come to this. I keep thinking that with a little time, he’ll bounce back but the more time progresses, the less likely that seems. And Graffiti was a SOLID album. I could tell when Chris put out the mixtape that things weren’t goin well… I mean, Chris Brown… MIXTAPE? He’s GLOBAL! He’s got Sound-Savvy’s support, that’s for sure.
I believe this gone too far look at Bob brown did and still yet his music plays on the radio. no one is perfect and everyone should get a second chance. he did time so i believe he should get a second chance. I still play Chris Brown music, his music rocks.
Well, I never really liked his music I guess I am from another planet because he had fans anyway, I am so tired of the i’m sorry’s he is immature and it shows tasted fame and now can’t live without it and the money. Will he come back I don’t know and really don’t care I did research on him and listened to various things he has said and written and like who cares about him dating and “I got a girl” as i’m sure he sees now it’s not all about what you project but who you are should have been doing things right in the first place but I believe they are both at fault she looks like the type who don’t know when to shut up and he thought he was above reproach and could get away with being Rick James too funny. He should have thought about all this before he decided not to just leave her ass in the car and bounce hey not like he didn’t have the means…..dumb.
The young brotha has been reduced to begging and that’s hard on a man’s pride (and rep). I think he’s a stronger person than me because I can honestly say I would not do that. I would take what money I’ve made from royalties and concerts and get on with the rest of my life. I would see what I could do producing and/or discovering new talent to manage. Chris, however, has chosen to issue a plea to his fans to support him once again and I think it takes a real man to come out and do this! I was mad at him a year ago myself, but that was a year ago. I feel that he’s paid his dues in many ways for the incident with Rihanna so I say let’s support him once again! After all… a talent such as his is a terrible thing to waste and there are “others” out there that have done a great many “unreported” things.

Stop calling the boy a woman beater, girlfriend basher, wtf ever. I’m not saying he’s Scott free innocent but he is paying for what was done. Rihanna on the other hand isn’t paying for shit she is salting the wound for the media to feed off of. She of course hit him first etc, etc. Sure, she’s a female and it couldn’t have possibly had an affect like his hits did but it could do something. I think that the light needs to be shown that she is a girl just as Chris is a boy not woman and man but both children who hit each other and do not have any type of self-control clearly. Chris is working on it though, he has to. After this incident, after the media, all the hate he is getting he has to. Rihanna is a violent girl, when she fights she fights to inflict real pain… WHO THE F***CK WOULD SMASH A GLASS BOTTLE IN THEIR “LITTLE” BROTHER’S FACE? That’s ridiculous, I mean my little brother and I fight but that’s just wild. Never have I ever thought of going that far as getting a weapon to hit my little brother or any of my siblings with. My home isn’t the best but hers had to be major dysfunctional for something like that to have happened. She is violent but yet she is victim though she practically provoked and enraged Chris brown to his instant without any real thought due to anger reaction?. Lol At least he didn’t bash her in the head with a glass bottle, that could really hurt and kill someone right? Oh, ok. Just checking, I had to google. I listen to both individuals music but for them not to be playing Brown’s music it’s just ridiculous. His music has nothing to do with this really, it wouldn’t change what had happened.
