For days, her website counted down to some “big news” that finally revealed itself yesterday in the form of an announcement of a new single, “Not Myself Tonight,” the first from her long-awaited album, Bionic. She also dropped off the saucy single cover for our viewing pleasure.
A two-day countdown clock went up right after the first nugget of news went out. Many fans and bloggers assume that when it hits zero we’ll actually get to hear the song. But before that happens, we’re teased even further with the lyrics to the tune.
Written by Ester Dean, the wordsmith behind Rihanna’s No. 1 hit “Rude Boy,” and produced by Polow Da Don, “Not Myself Tonight” is about losing all inhibitions at a nightclub and becoming another person — at least for that one night. “I’m out of character/I’m in rare form/and If you really knew me/you’d know it’s not the norm,” she sings in the first verse. It gets even more racy from there. “I’m dancing a lot and I’m taking shots/I’m feeling fine/I’m kissing all the boys and the girls.”

She don’t need to copy any of britneys lyrics at all shes not all about that dumb shut come Britney albums please none are even that great yeah hells albums but she can’t sing a dam note live at all. Who cares if aguilera has 4 albums she puts time and passion into what she does.
A true artist needs time to be creative! Christina is not one of those who needs to come up with an album almost every year for fear that if they disappear for too long someone else would take their place in the business. I thought it’s so unfortunate that Christina’s detractors are comparing her to artists who rely heavily on AUTO-TUNE! PUSS*ieS!! I too may have issues with Christina but God she’s sooo talented compared to her contemporaries who are making/singing the same type of music they made 10 years ago. Christina may not be able to compete with their record sales for now but in the long run her talent and hardwork will pay off. 10-20 years from now people will remember her for the RIGHT REASON and not coz she’s someone who went mad, shaved her hair and went around whacking cars with an umbrella or someone in constant need for attention wearing lobster headress and stuff.

I think her fans could only count with their five fingers those times when she lipped her performance! Yes she did too coz it was necessary! If I had a voice like that I’d use it a lot too and make sure that everyone appreciates it. But she’s only human too—she gets sick and her vocal cords get strained, hormonal imbalance hampered her ability to sing for a while. I think the idea here is that she’s not one of those who “HEAVILY RELY” on auto-tune and lipsyching. She’s not one of those who splits, gyrates, spins around, do cartwheel on stage and still sound great! haha

K neither britney or Christina copy each other. They are the two top selling artists in pop music of the decade, they do not need to copy each other. They never have and they never will.
