American Idol season 4 winner, Carrie Underwood, returned to the show for their annual charity event, Idol Gives Back, last night (April 21) to give an inspirational performance.
The country superstar and ACM Entertainer of the Year gave a vocally stunning performance of her song Change. After the performance she revealed she would be doing her part to help with 36 cent of every ticket sold on the fall leg of her Play On tour benefiting Save The Children, one of the participating Idol Gives Back charities.
Carrie’s performance was one of many on the packed special and results show. Earlier in the night, Black Eyed Peas and this week’s guest mentor Alicia Keys gave performances.
