Just as you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, you shouldn’t judge an album…
The artwork for Drake‘s long-awaited debut album, Thank Me Later, hitting stores on June 15, hit the internet today.
He’s taken the less-is-more approach to the album’s packaging. Perhaps he wants to prove that his album is not about an alluring photo or flash and splash, and that it’s the music that is the real focus. What ever the case, the cover is a bit of a let down.
His two current singles making the rounds, however, are not let downs. Thank Me Later will feature the first single “Over” and the Kanye West-produced “Find Your Love.”

Love the album cover and the singles. He’s really proving not to be just some rap gimmick, but coming with real, hardcore, sometimes deeper music. I love it, will be getting the album.
I’ve already pre-ordered the CD/DVD Combo (deluxe) from Amazon with June 15th delivery. Five days after school lets out! Here’s the link: http://www.amazon.com/Thank-Later-DVD-Combo-Deluxe/dp/B003ISS3C8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1273022585&sr=8-1&tag=vglnk-c9-20
