B.o.B is about to start a new adventure as an artist with a No. 1 album.
The Atlanta rapper stormed the Billboard 200 album chart this week with his debut album, B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray, coming in at the top spot with 84,000 copies sold in its first week out, according to Nielsen Soundscan.
The set is led by “Nothin’ On You,” featuring Bruno Mars, which spent two week on top of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
Unfortunately for B.o.B, R&B star Usher put a stop to a total chart take over, as his single, “OMG,” featuring Will.i.am, rises from 6-1 on the singles chart.
“OMG” is Usher’s ninth Hot 100 No. 1.
