Pure, honest to goodness pop hits from Christina Aguilera. Those were the days, right? The hosts of CBS’ The Early Show thought so too, so when Xtina dropped by for a performance, they asked the starlet to take a trip down memory lane and she obliged.
Aggy whipped out her more than a decade old official first single, Genie In A Bottle, from her debut album and mashed it with its follow-up, What A Girl Wants, for a medley that reminded fans just why we all fell in love with the blonde beauty with the big voice.
And the blast from the past didn’t stop there. The songstress also performed her empowering anthem, Fighter, from 2002′s Stripped.
The appearance wasn’t all about the oldies though. Christina brought things back to the present with her latest singles Not Myself Tonight and You Lost Me from her new album, Bionic.
Bionic, Christina’s first full length studio album since 2006′s Back To Basics, is in stores now.
