Fox’s Glee already has one not-to-be-missed episode awaiting fans in season two with the confirmation of an episode dedicated to one of pop’s reigning princesses, Britney Spears.

This weekend at Comic-Con in San Diego, the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, and a few cast members dished the pony-tail wearing dirt on the episode and offered a few spoilers about the upcoming season.

“All I can say about that is that we’re doing six Britney songs, and then Brittany (Heather Morris) is doing a Britney song,” VH1 quoted Murphy as saying. “We’re paying tribute to her in a sort of fun and unexpected way.”

Titled “Britney/Brittany,” the ‘all BS all the time’ episode will air on September 28.

Glee‘s Matthew Morrison aka Mr. Schuester has some out saying he was opposed to the Britney episode, and, according to the media outlets at Comic-Con, Mr. Schuester will be opposed to singing Britney songs in the episode.

Sadly, according to E! News, Murphy shot down rumors that Spears’ ex, Justin Timberlake, will be appearing on the show in season two.
