Ciara in "Gimme Dat"
Expected to premiere tomorrow, October 12th on Vevo, Ciara’s new video for “Gimme Dat” sprung a leak this morning, forcing the R&B star to deliver the official visuals for her latest single early, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
“Gone for too long” and “time to bring it back”, the princess of ATL finds herself getting back to the basics of Ci-Ci with this high-octane, dance-fueled clip—a treat that her fans have been clamoring for.
The video for the rhythm and base track, made for dance floors around the world, has Ciara bumping, grinding, breaking, slipping, and sliding as she showcases the stellar moves she’s known for, and even a few new ones. A highlight in the clip features Ciara joined by an all-male group of steppers as they pound the wood and pavement with their hard-pounding moves. And for the fellas, a wet-n-wild Ciara getting her “James Brown” on is most definitely a plus!
