David Archuleta Talks Halloween, Violence Against Pumpkins And More In New Video Blog

David Archuleta

If anyone deserves a break, it’s David Archuleta. The 19-year-old singer/songwriter has been going non-stop even before his album The Other Side Of Down dropped earlier this month.

So finally he’s getting that break and he’s enjoying it back home in Utah, gearing up for Halloween with his siblings.

He updated fans on how he’s been spending his time off in a new video blog he posted today (October 29) to his official YouTube channel.

“Sorry that it’s been so long since I’ve made a blog! Just giving you a quick update though… or maybe it’s not so quick haha,” he wrote in the vid’s description. It’s only 6 minutes, 8 seconds long. That’s quick for Archie! He talks about visiting DC and taking part in the EKS Challenge with Chris Brown last weekend, heading to Cali next week for more promo, and going to Disneyland. But our favorite part is when he speaks up for a poor defenseless pumpkin his sister was “being violent” with.

BTW all – if you don’t own David’s Christmas album it’s one of the 100 MP3 albums on sale for $5 right now at Amazon. I am really looking forward to listening to mine again all this season! And please request David’s song Falling Stars at your local Hot AC and AC radio stations. Such a beautiful song. I love David’s new pop album – so many great tracks!! My favorites are the title track, Stomping the Roses, Who I Am, Parachutes and Airplanes, Look Around, Falling Stars and My Kind of Perfect.

  3. David thinks Disneyland is one of the happiest places on earth but I’m sure the happiest place is
    wherever David is.

  4. David is happiness! Love seeing how grounded and normal he is hanging at home.

  5. LOL, the abused pumpkin looks happy!!!
