Neon Limelight’s 24 Essential Albums Of 2010

Miguel – All I Want Is You: R&B and pop music hasn’t seen a fresh talent this awesome in years. Miguel had folks grooving to his debut single, All I Want Is You, but that was only a taste of what was to come on his debut album. With a set so close to flawless, it’s hard to think that this is his first album.

Diddy-Dirty Money – Last Train To Paris: Diddy has been working on this album for ages it seems but the final product is, surprisingly, worth the wait. If you’re not a fan of Diddy’s rap stylings, you’ve got a host of other stars to distract you. Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Drake, Lil Wayne and many, many more fill this set with an eclectic smorgasbord of sounds.

Usher – Raymond V. Raymond: After experiencing disappointing sales with his album, Here I Stand, Usher brought himself back to the top of the charts with this smooth-yet-upbeat album. With contributions from Rico Love, Polow Da Don, Nicki Minaj, and Will.I.Am on the smash “OMG,” Daddy was finally home.
