Chris Brown Unveils Artsy “F.A.M.E.” Album Cover

Chris Brown is showcasing his love of art on the cover of his new album, F.A.M.E. The cover art features a colorful mural of the R&B/pop prince which he helped paint and conceptualize with graffiti artist Kid Zoom and painter Ron English. Throughout the paintings behind the large center image of Chris’ head, the words “forgiving all my enemies” can be seen. (We’re guessing the artwork was done before Breezy changed the title’s acronym to mean “fans are my everything.”)

We quite dig Breezy’s artistic expression here. The mixing and matching of colors and emotions in the paintings could very well represent the mixing and matching of sounds and genres expressed in the music on the record, in stores March 22. We’ve already heard pop (“Yeah 3X”), hip-hop (“Look At Me Now”) and Euro-dance (“Beautiful People”).

And are we crazy or does the F.A.M.E. cover kind of reminds you of Michael Jackson‘s Michael cover, too?

It looks like a cheap and horrible rip off of Michael Jackson’s album cover. Can any of these artist do anything without copying MJ’s dance moves or something he has already done?

MJ was an inspiration. Also, those weren’t MJ dance moves, it’s break dancing. But MJ popularized it.

Different? Sure… how about trading a pedophile superstar music artist for a woman-beating, hot-head wanna-be superstar music artist. That’s different. Clearly Brown’s handlers are trying their best to build him into the next MJ, complete with taboo skeletons in his closet.

I Actually like the cover. The back pictures are saying a whole lot, the one that reflect the baby to me is saying that he is still a child in heart and trying to fight a battle with a world of adults. The other small photo is saying that he can be a clown sometimes, he loves to joke around. The other pictures in the back show remorse breezy, the side photo show confusion and the main photo show a man with a mission in a cruel world no time for games, I am coming for my enemies in full force. I hope everyone on this blog has pre order fame, I already order my copy. Pre order through Amazon.
