The pace of the Britney Spears new album snippet leaks is almost dizzying, but today, there’s yet another new track Britney is giving her fans a sneak peek of.
Calling it one of her favorites, Britney unleashed a preview of “Criminal” via Twitter. Unlike the other tracks Brit previewed that are tailor-made for the dancefloor, “Criminal” slows things down a mid-tempo, opening the song with what sounds like a Renaissance-era cornett, and sings about falling for a bad boy. “Mama, I’m in love with a criminal, and this type of love isn’t rational; it’s physical,” Britney sings.
The full song can be heard when Britney’s new album, Femme Fatale, hits stores on March 29.

I really don’t understand what all the haters are listening to… This track is fucking epic. It’s crazy good and an excellent follow up to the excellent ‘Hold It Against Me’. Definitely some of Britney’s best music. Can’t wait for the album do drop!
