Yesterday (June 2), an epic rumor began flying around about Adam Lambert recording a song with fellow big note-lover Christina Aguilera.
The too-good-to-be-true rumor originated on Tampa radio station 93.3 FLZ’s Twitter page.
“Uhhh not sure if this is out yet but a little birdie just told us that @AdamLambert has recorded a song with Christina Aguilera. ;),” the station tweeted, following a meeting at Lambert’s recording home, RCA.
Today, Adam and Xtina’s mutual musician friend, Australian pop star Sia, has debunked the rumor. “Adam just texted me. Def no collab with xtina planned,” Sia wrote on Twitter.
While nothing is in the works now, she did offer some hope to Glamberts dying to see this collabo come to life. “He said he would love to.”
